Two news updates

Firstly, Pierre Karl Péladeau is the new leader of the Parti québécois.

Here's a quote: "As the new leader of the , I would like to say to all our friends of North America, in the full respect of democracy and the rule of law, we want to have our own country, and we want to live happy and peacefully. Our project is not against Canadians or anybody. It's for the people of Quebec." -Twitter

Well, he's made his stance pretty clear:
  • He does not know how to use the word "friends" properly. (bad)
  • He respects democracy and law. (good)
  • He wants to have his own country. (expected)
  • He wants to live happily and peacefully. (sort of obvious)
  • He is not against Canadians "or anybody". (although he wants to separate himself from them)
  • Their project (separation) for the people of Quebec. (that is, those who vote for him)
By the way, PKP is a pretty good nickname.
Secondly, Canada won the semi-finals against Czech Republic (2-0) in the Ice Hockey World Championship! The finals will be against Russia.

That's all, folks!
